In 2013, Bates Motel premiered on A&E. A contemporary take on Alfred Hitchcock’s classic, Psycho, the series was one of the most unique and immersive on TV. Over the last month, there’s been some controversy between Apple and iOS developers who make parental control apps that use mobile device management (MDM). Most recently, Apple said it was only going to allow parental control apps that didn’t use MDM, but now “in limited cases” it will let developers use the solution. At the end of April, Apple’s Phil Schiller made the announcement about the company cutting off developers of parental control apps that use MDM....

Apple today has made the Apple Watch available to potential customers in Malaysia. All three tiers of the device are available, including the Sport, stainless steel, and Apple Watch Edition. As usual, the prices are tiered between each level with 38mm and 42mm variants being available. Apple has reversed a prior policy requiring iPad purchasers to pay with a credit or debit card at Apple Retail Stores. The company reversed the policy after coverage from KGO San Francisco’s consumer reporter after Diane Campbell was turned away from a San Francisco Apple Store when she tried to pay cash for her iPhone. Apple senior vice president of retail Ron Johnson told KGO, “We heard about this, you know… we all would love people like Diane [Campbell] to get an iPad, so I called her up and she was very excited and we’re actually on our way to deliver an iPad to her house....

Eight years after release of the worldwide blockbuster Avatar, James Cameron is officially returning to Pandora. And while the sequels to James Cameron’s epic blockbuster have been delayed time and again, Sigourney Weaver suggests that filming on Avatar 2 is set to begin in the fall of 2017.
