A leaked AppleCare+ document reveals that Apple plans to tweak the program for international travelers later this week. The changes will allow iPhone 5 owners who travel out of the country in which they purchased their phone to receive replacement devices from international Apple retail stores and authorized repair centers. The updated policy covers customers traveling to Brazil, China, India, Korea, the Middle East, Russia, Taiwan, Turkey, the United States Canada, and more....

Update: AT&T has officially verified this information. A new change for AT&T Wireless’ Unlimited Data subscribers will soon be taking place. Rumored to be starting in the first week of October, we’ve heard that AT&T will start throttling the data speeds of the network’s top data hogs. The first Avatar will be available at launch on Disney+. Disney is in the final days of promoting the debut of its highly anticipated streaming service. Disney+ is set to include over 800 titles at launch with just about every Disney film or TV show imaginable being available right away for subscribers. Additionally, the service will offer up exclusive programming like The Mandalorian, the first live-action Star Wars series. Old Steve Rogers’ shield in Avengers: Endgame appears to be a plot hole, since the shield was destroyed by Thanos and he didn’t receive a new one - at least on-screen. Avengers: Endgame never explains how Captain America (Chris Evans) had the shield repaired prior to handing it off to Falcon (Anthony Mackie) at the end of the movie. In the final battle of Avengers: Endgame, Cap has an epic showdown with Thanos....

Celebrating the digital and home release of Avengers: Endgame, VFX Supervisor Dan DeLeeuw took the opportunity to speak to Screen Rant about his role in making Marvel’s biggest blockbuster. The culmination of 11 years’ worth of storytelling, Avengers: Endgame was a challenge on a whole different scale to any Marvel movie. Fans of the Batman Beyond universe have finally had a great mystery solved in heartwarming fashion, now that the comic books have revealed Alfred Pennyworth still has a role to play in the elderly Bruce Wayne’s life. At least, that sure seems to be the case in the first pages of Batman Beyond #31 releasing this week. Until now, Bruce had no Alfred to rely upon in the far off future of Neo-Gotham, instead shifting to the mentor/Guardian role to his replacement, Terry McGinnis....

Since Tim Burton’s 1989 blockbuster, Batman has starred in seven solo films with the eighth - Matt Reeves’ The Batman starring Robert Pattinson as the Dark Knight - arriving in 2021. The BBC had hoped to turn its Adobe AIR application into a standard for UK broadcasters, offering them an alternative, non-US-owned way to bring their UK content to viewers online. The BBC had proposed that ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 should have access to iPlayer to enable them to compete with other TV companies when the UK switches over to digital TV in 2012. The Trust said it “supported the principle of sharing the iPlayer more widely” but said the plans would not deliver value to licence-fee payers....

Belkin today announced that it is launching a new TV receiver for iPhone and iPad specifically designed to work with the Dyle Mobile TV service which provides live local broadcasts through a growing number of accessories for mobile devices. We’ve already seen some Dyle TV receivers for iPad, like this one from Elgato, as well as the technology baked into select Android devices on MetroPCS, but Belkin is the first big name iOS accessory maker to launch a receiver for iPhone and iPad....

We just looked at the latest range of audio accessories from Griffin, and now well-known accessory maker Belkin is showing off a new audio product for CES 2013: The Belkin Thunderstorm Handheld Home Theater. Apple has made some changes to the way it handles content ratings in the App Store, as outlined in an email (included below) sent to developers today. These ratings aren’t the five-star reviews that users assign apps, but the age-based restrictions assigned to each app based on the type of content in the app. While most apps are rated 4+ (the lowest), some that contain violent or potentially offensive content may have higher ratings (as seen above)....
